The Cooking School at Penninghame
The cooking school is a destination school, in the restored stable block on the Penninghame Estate. Where the focus will be on using local seasonal ingredients, including fruit and vegetables grown for the school in their walled garden. The cooking school is a relaxing environment where individuals, friends, families or work colleagues can enjoy a great day cooking together and then enjoy the fruits of their labour in the dining room. With accommodation also offered.
The cooking school at Penninghame is a destination school. Located in the beautifully restored stable block on the Penninghame Estate. They are nestled in the rich Galloway countryside with wonderful farms on the doorstep producing quality ingredients to be used in the school. Seafood will come from the local fishing fleet, game will also be a feature of the school, fruit and vegetables will come from the walled garden. The emphasis will be on local seasonal ingredients as much as possible.
