Claudios restaurant has been a mainstay of quality Italian cuisine in Moffat since 1996 when Claudio & Florence Capriglione decided to open the restaurant. Quality and consistency have been the hallmarks of the business ever since. Claudios stays true to the small family run ethics set out by Claudio himself, using only the finest locally grown produce wherever possible. The restaurant is now run by two of their children Davide & Claudia. Davide runs the front of house operations whilst Claudia prepares the food to the same recipes as her father did before her.
