Salad Brew
A family-run business based in Borgue near Kirkcudbright growing fruit and seasonal veg hydroponically and organically. Not organically certified but they do adhere to organic principles. The produce is grown with no artificial additives or pesticides and they use natural controls (lacewings and ladybirds native to the UK) to control pests.
