I am a consultant food technologist with over 40 years experience in the fields of food manufacturing, safety and quality systems with a technical and common sense approach to trouble shooting and assistance. I am a specialist in food ingredients, both sourcing and innovation, in particular from the Mediterranean. I have extensive UK and international experience in factory auditing and am a lead assessor. I am also a SALSA auditor and mentor and have knowledge of the BRC and ISO 9001 standards. In addition I have been involved in helping many small and startup companies develop both business and quality systems.
